Our paper consists of 80% recycled paper – for this purpose, around 500,000 tons of waste paper are processed and turned into new paper at Perlen every year. Our subsidiary APS Altpapier Service Schweiz AG ensures reliable procurement.

Procurement of waste paper from the region

We use waste paper from predominantly Swiss sources for the production of our high-quality paper. Procurement is organized by APS Altpapier Service Schweiz AG. To this end, it works closely with municipalities, waste disposal companies, printers and commercial enterprises in Switzerland and neighboring countries.

APS is a subsidiary of Perlen Papier with 14 employees at the Perlen and Utzenstorf sites.
