The installation of the PM4 “Pionier” paper making machine gives Perlen Papier AG one of the most modern production facilities in the world. The LWC-paper is manufactured “online”, that is to say it is produced, coated and calendered in a single operation.

Thanks to a combination of technical innovation and efficient management of resources, we are able to produce a variety of papers from primary fibres (cellulose and TMP) as well as recycled waste paper and thus meets the most important criteria ecology and functionality.
