Our employees are being motivated by CIP to actively contribute to improve work processes and by bringing in new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Our staff knows best what they need and what is not so relevant to them.
In the long run our aim is to develop an identity culture so that it is natural for our staff to continuously improve their work standard.
